Queen's Club Foundation wins County LTA Award 2025: "Tennis Opened Up"

Our Head of Foundation, Kate Maurici, collected the award at a wonderful reception on Saturday evening in the President's Room at the Queen's Club following the QCF International Women's Day event.

The award recognised the considerable increase in the scale of our delivery of free sessions to children from minority groups within the local community, our SEND programme and also our regular seniors dementia friendly tennis, walking tennis and padel classes.

The award was presented by sports commentator and presenter, Marcus Buckland, who, as ever, led the evening with brilliant humour.

It was also fantastic to see so many of the key people we work with at the Foundation also being recognised for their contribution to British Tennis, including David Nana one of our key volunteers from KCL Tennis and Park Sports, who host our Para-Standing Tennis Sessions in Hyde Park.

Thank you to all of our coaching team, trustees, club members, staff, volunteers, partners and supporters who have all contributed to this achievement. Thank you also to all at Middlesex Tennis for this prestigious Award.
