Richard is a practising solicitor and has worked for a large financial institution in the City of London for around 20 years.

He is passionate about making sports and facilities accessible to everyone, (especially children and young people), diversity and inclusion. He plays tennis, padel, real tennis and squash avidly at a number of venues. He has also served as mens' and juniors' club team captain and coached junior rugby for a number of years. He also volunteers regularly to help with various community tennis initiatives both for The QCF and externally
